Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointment Payment
- All appointments must be paid for in advance through our booking portal.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer any refunds.
Group Appointments
- On rare occasions, pre-booked group appointments can be managed via phone or email.
- Please contact us for any alterations to the group arrangement if necessary.
No Show Policy
- No refunds are issued for no-shows. As all seats are pre-booked, we cannot replace your seat at the last minute.
Cancellation Policy
- All sales of individual or multiple Energy Enhancement System (EES) sessions are final and non-refundable.
- Notice Requirements:
- 24-hour notice is required for sessions lasting 2 hours or less.
- 36-hour notice is required for sessions lasting 4 or more hours.
- Cancellations not made within these time frames are subject to late fees.

Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late for your session, the time will be deducted from your session.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Due to seasonal weather changes in the Midlands, power outages may occur. If this affects your pre-booked session, we will honour your booking and do our best to notify you. We will reschedule your appointment as needed.
All Sales Are Final
- All sales are final unless we can determine a suitable rescheduling option after you contact us directly with a reasonable explanation.
Sharing Services
- You may share any pre-purchased packages and services with family and friends, provided the community member has pre-booked the session(s) and the non-member has agreed to the terms and conditions and signed the waiver, both can be signed up upon arrival for your session.

Right to Terminate
- ENFIELD HEALING CENTRE reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you attempt to adapt another version of our Terms and Conditions.
- To maintain a respectful and harmonious community, we reserve the right to remove any member at our discretion, without the need for explanation or prior notice.
- In the rare event of termination, a full refund will be issued, but re-entry into the community will not be permitted. Your understanding and cooperation in upholding our community guidelines are greatly appreciated.
